Edward Kruglyakov is a head of laboratory and deputy director of the largest institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics). He is the State Prize (1986) and Artsimovich award (2001) winner. He is chairman of the Russian Academy of Science Commission on the struggle against pseudoscience.
